Case Study: Triple Crown Arenas Horse Arena Service Site

Recently, we began building our brand presence in San Diego. We’ve had such an incredible track record of performance in Charlotte, that it makes sense to take our marketing skills to a broader audience.

Triple Crown Arenas is a decades-old arena building and maintenance company. High-quality horse barns are a top concern. A poorly-constructed arena can be harmful to both horse and rider. Compounding the risk is the fact that many horse owners are busy with their professional lives. Much of the construction and repair occurs while they are away.

Lacking oversight, arena builders are left to their own devices. Sub-par materials can creep in, which raises the risk to both horse and rider.

Having 20+ years of experience in the Horse Arena Building Industry  Triple Crown Arenas are the clear, winning choice for Horse farms of all sizes. However, their online presence was lacking. They had a website, but content was sparse and the design was clearly dated.

We began this project with a redesign. The new site is mobile-friendly and has clear calls to action on every page. The goal of this project was to drive sales calls and quote forms, and the users responded to our changes by generating two new quotes in the first 72 hours that the site was live.

As with all long-term site marketing plans, we are currently running video analysis on the site to observe how users behave and to fix any potential problems.

A new logo was also requested, and we chose one that evoked the winning traditions of Hunter/Jumper while sticking with a tried and true primary color palette that is eye-catching and memorable.  The choice of green stands out in an industry that relies surprisingly heavily on browns and blacks.

The second phase of the project has begun as we rank the site more highly for terms such as “Airfoot Footings”. These materials are a major part of what makes a high-quality arena installation, and we are proud to be partnered with a client who has the knowledge and portfolio, but who can also understand the need to work within a budget.

For riders in Southern California, there’s a new company online. One that has been around for a long time, but is making themselves easier to find on the internet. Like Them On Facebook.
